Ultra Femme 360

This procedure is a great option for women who are suffering from stress incontinence, those who struggle with the appearance of their vagina and the surrounding area, and also those who desire non-surgical improvement of their intimate health. Ultra Femme 360 can be used to treat both the internal and external vaginal tissues, depending on each individual clients’ needs and goals from their treatment. Common effects of treatment include:

• An increase in blood flow to the clitoris, improving its sensitivity and heightening sexual sensation.

The Treatment
Following an initial consultation we will tailor an individual treatment plan for you based on your needs. Generally, the recommended number of treatments advised is three sessions, scheduled once a week. There is also the option to have three sessions over the course of two weeks.

On the day of your treatment you are welcome to bring a friend or family member to support you if you wish. Please call and postpone your treatment if you are on your period.

We will apply a gel to the skin around the vagina, and then using a disposable tip, will gently insert the device into the vaginal canal. Custom tips for the Ultra Femme device are also available for increased patient comfort. During the internal treatment, the device will be moved back and forth throughout the length of the vaginal canal. The tip of the device creates radiofrequency waves which penetrate the deep layers of tissue within the vagina. This will gently heat the cells in the area, triggering the production of collagen that leads to the strengthening and tightening of the vaginal muscles and creating a tighter vaginal opening and vaginal canal.

The internal and external treatments can be carried out in separate sessions, but most patients opt to have them at the same time. The Ultra Femme 360 is one of the only intimate rejuvenation treatments that can treat both internal and external areas in the same session. The revolutionary 360 degree design of the Ultra Femme 360 applicator enables us to reduce the treatment time of the internal treatment to only eight minutes, and the external treatment to around twenty minutes.

Throughout the external part of the treatment, radiofrequency energy is delivered in pulses as the hand-piece is moved across the area, plumping and tightening the area, including the labia, to improve its appearance. There is no pain or irritation during the internal or external procedures, only a pleasant warming sensation which some patients compare to a hot stone massage. Treatment time is very short, and usually takes around 30 minutes for both internal and external areas.

The Ultra Femme 360 contains a built-in Energy Flow Control system, which helps to provide safe, uniform heating during the therapy. This means that the treatment can be carried out without any discomfort for our clients, while allowing the optimal amount of radiofrequency energy to reach the target tissue. Due to being able to gently heat the tissue at lower temperatures when compared to other treatments using ablative lasers, the treatment carries no risk of infection or discharge after treatment.

Post Treatment
Following the treatment, you may notice a very mild redness and swelling in the treatment area, though this usually disappears within a few hours. You can easily have the treatment during your lunch break and return to your daily activities immediately, though we do recommend refraining from intercourse for one week after the treatment. Results can usually be seen and felt immediately post treatment, though results will continue to improve over the course of your treatment plan and afterwards, with the optimum results generally being achieved around four weeks after your final treatment, as the collagen continues to rebuild. Depending on your condition, we may recommend that you arrange maintenance treatments every six months
